Born on 18th August 1969 in Kyiv. In 1992 graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National Shevchenko University, and thereupon from the International Institute of State Administration, Paris, France.

On completing his studies at the University worked for some time at "Ukriniurkoleguia", and from 1993 to 1997 was a co-founder and partner of the Law Firm "Mosesov & Radzievsky". In 1997 becomes Vice-President, and since January 2000 - President of "Ukrainian Law Associates".

Rewarded with the Diploma of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine "For particular services performed for the Ukrainian People".

Born on 16th October 1948 in Kryvy Rih. In 1971 graduated from the Kryvy Rih Mining Institute.

After the Institute worked till 1990 at the Kryvy Rih Mining Equipment Works of the U.S.S.R. Ministry of Heavy, Transport and Power Engineering Industry, where he worked his way up from an industrial engineer to Director of Works.

In 1990 was elected Deputy of Supreme Rada of Ukraine, then Member of Presidium of Supreme Rada (Parliament), Head of Supreme Rada Commission for Development of Basic Industries.

In 1992 by an Ukaz of President of Ukraine was appointed Vice-Premier Minister of Ukraine, responsible for Industry and Construction, and in 1993 was appointed Acting First Vice-Premier Minister of Ukraine.

He was organizer and first President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (U.S.P.P.).

In 1995 was again elected Deputy of Supreme Rada of Ukraine and worked in the Commission for Economic Policies. Then in 1995 by an Ukaz of President of Ukraine was appointed Vice-Premier of Ukraine responsible for fuel and power industry. Later returns to the work in Supreme Rada of Ukraine.

Now he is Honorary President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (U.S.P.P.), Head of Consultative Council of the Group of Companies "Ukrainian Law Associates".

On completing his studies at the University from 1973 to 1974 and from 1979 to 1991 worked at the Representation Office of Iniurcolleguia in Ukrainian S.S.R. and from 1991 to 1993 - in Ukriniurkoleguia, a specialized bar association for foreign affairs. In the system of Iniurcolleguia worked his way up from a consultant to Vice-President of Ukriniurkoleguia. From 1993 to 1997 was co-founder and partner of the Law Firm "Mosesov & Radzievsky". In 1997 becomes President of the Specialized Bar Association in International and Foreign Matters "Ukrainian Law Associates". Today he is Honorary President of "Ukrainian Law Associates".

From 1974 to 1979 taught at the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of the Kyiv State University. Author of a number of publications on problems of International Public and Private Law in law journals and other periodicals both home and foreign.

In 1998 was a Ukrainian nominee to Judge of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Born in Kyiv. In 1966 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Kyiv State Shevchenko University.

Her working activities started in 1958 at the Kyiv Regional Court. From 1965 to 1970 worked at the Kyiv Region Executive Committee and the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian S.S.R., and from 1970 to 1996 at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - Deputy Head, Head of Department of Organization of Work of Organs of Vital Statistics, at the same time being Member of Board of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Participated in the preparation of the Marriage and Family Code of Ukraine. Guided the working out of the "Instruction of the Order of Registration of Acts of Civil Status" and the preparation of the "Collected Legislation on Registration of Acts of Civil Status in Ukraine". Author of the Law of Ukraine "On Organs of Registration of Acts of Civil Status" and of a number of normative acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in particular "On the Order of Conclusion of Marriage Contract", "Regulations of the Order of Consideration of Petitions of Ukrainian Citizens for Changing Surnames, First Names and Patronymics".

Has many publications on marriage and family legislation of Ukraine and foreign states, as well as on collision issues of family relations in International Private Law.

Born on 17th of February 1944 in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 1974 graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of the Kyiv State Shevchenko University.

On completing his studies at the University from 1975 to 1991 worked at the Representation Office of Iniurcolleguia in the Ukrainian S.S.R., and from 1991 to 1993 - at Ukriniurkoleguia, a specialized bar association for foreign affairs. Born on 1st January 1966. In 1996 graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National Shevchenko University, in the speciality of International Lawyer, and in 1999 - the Kyiv National University of Economics, in the speciality of International Investments Management.

Worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In the banking sector got experience by holding leading positions at banks of Ukraine, in particular, at the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine, in the sphere of crediting. Got working experience in the management of a big international business (multinational company). For the last several years has been practicing law.
