CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW

Creation, reorganization, liquidation and legal assistance in business run by enterprises of any organizational and legal structure and any form of ownership, non-commercial organization situated on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, including:

• planning and selection of organizational and legal form for all enterprises to be created;
• working out of statutory and constituent papers, execution of all needed acts thereof, settlement of arising problems connected with the creation, reorganization and liquidation of enterprises situated on the territory of Ukraine including those working with participation of foreign partners, creation of representation offices of foreign companies in Ukraine and Ukrainian companies abroad;
• working out of short-term and long-term business plans, technical and economical substantiation thereof;
• legal assistance in the issues relating to incorporation, acquisition and activities of foreign companies including the issues relating to opening accounts in foreign banks;
• legal and practical advice to foreign legal entities and individuals in the matters of creation of enterprises and commercial activities on the territory of Ukraine;
• legal assistance to enterprises in all legal aspects of their activities.

Legal assistance in the sphere of international trade relations, in particular:

• legal and practical assistance in construction and documentation of relations between counterparts of foreign trade contracts;
• working out of minutes, protocols, contracts, etc.;
• legal advice in the issues relating to export-import transactions, investment legislation; hard currency regulation and control, custom law, trade licensing and quotation.
