UKRAINIAN LAW ASSOCIATES is a specialized bar association registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the purpose to provide more effective legal protection of proprietary and non-proprietary rights of Ukrainian natural and legal entities outside the Ukrainian jurisdiction, as well as enhancing and rendering more effective legal assistance to foreign natural and legal entities.

Today, our Association is one of the most powerful law structures being mainly involved in practicing international private law.

Most of our highly qualified lawyers being the experts in international law are fluent in several European languages, have many years experience in the modern national and international law including banking, finances, taxation, creation of companies and assistance in running their business, international trade, transport, civil relations, property, insurance, estate, custom, commercial, maritime and family law.

The Association has established a wide network of business relations with lawyers and law firms throughout the world, including the U.S.A., Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Belgium, Israel, Spain, Cyprus, Australia, Argentina, Middle East and other countries. We also co-operate with bar associations of ex-Soviet Republics, in particular Russia, Bielorus, Baltic states.

Among our clients are governmental bodies, embassies, banks, insurance companies, Ukrainian and international corporations, companies, enterprises, non-commercial organizations and individuals.
